We provide professional video production services, including but not limited to filming, editing, and post-production. The scope of work, deadlines, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Full payment is due at the beginning of each month. 

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

• We retain copyright ownership of raw footage unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• Clients are granted a license to use the final edited video for agreed-upon purposes.

• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials, approvals, and information in a timely manner.

• Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may result in additional fees.

6. Revisions and Approvals

• A limited number of revision rounds will be specified in the contract.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• If the Client cancels the project after the start date, the deposit is non-refundable. 

• If Kid Cactus Productions cancels the project, payments for the month of cancellation made by the Client will be refunded.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• We strive to deliver high-quality content but cannot guarantee specific results.

• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including technical failures or third-party issues.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted materials included in their video.

9. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of client data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
